Trainer's Profile

P Srivastav has 19 years of experience of managing project /working in both in multi national as well as national companies like TCIL Bellsouth, CMC, STM.  He has worked in various roles including project management in these companies, having diversified culture and working environment. He has taken various open workshops at Chennai, Calcutta, Delhi, Mumbai , Ahmedabad on Project Management & related topics, which are highly appreciated by the participants.  Currently he provides career counselling and consultancy on project management and soft skills. Few of the companies where he has conducted workshops are Wipro,Biocon,KIL,Cisco,Airtel,Punj Lloyd, E Sona Design etc.

He is also a certified PMP from PMI (US) and a Certified Master Project Management 2005 (Brainbench : One of the top scorers Globally) , and has conducted various workshops on Project management and has equipped his trainees  with lots of tips on managing  single & multiple projects. He himself has worked in various roles wherein he suggested, contributed, implemented lot of good practices in the area of Project Management. He is a firm believer that each unit of effort adds to the success, if put in the right direction and with a right  mindset.

Mr Srivastav, a B Tech (Computer) - 1992, has a strong passion to share his learning and observations to help an aspiring professional to develop skills, which are needed not only to get a good job but also to grow in existing job. He is also having good amount of experience on various quality procedures being followed by lot of MNCs to manage the work in most effective way.
